I heard a presentation given by eco-designer, Linda Loudermilk, where she introduced a certificate for eco-luxury. Her prices for garments are high end, but she equated owning a Lexus as eco-luxury. Are there standards for determining what is considered eco? I think many students and faculty members were confused by this contradiction.
